scottski writes . . . i know it'll be "summer" in the antarctic and all, but it sure seems like an extreme adaptation of the Endless Summer theme. nonetheless... to "different" to pass up. congratulations on scoring an adventure.

Kate writes . . . Hee, your bugs-dead-people-pigs thing is so Gil from CSI—I've only seen a few epsiodes, but he's an entomologist (I'm sure you know this) and there is a case he proves by...wrapping a pig in a nightgown and showing that it couldn't have spontaneously combusted. charlieann writes . . . Hey darlin'--I completely understand what you're talking about. I did a grad degree with no one around--no boyfriend, far from family, etc. It's pretty awful, but think how proud of yourself you are going to be when you're done. It's Hell while it's happening, but afterwards I realized that I amazed even myself that I managed completely on my own. It's one of those really strange times when you become conscious of exactly how strong you are. I believe in you.
